LOAN PROGRAMME.
AUSTR ATM AN DEC ISION. Received July 17, 11.45 a.m. CANBERRA, July 17. The Loan Council has approved a loan programme for 1937-8 of £16,000,009, which is £7,968,000 less than the programme submitted by the States. The amount for works will lie £13,500,000 and for farmers’ debt relief £2,500,000.
