DAIRY FARMERS’ THREAT.
OPPOSITION TO ZONING. GISBORNE. June 5. The Executive Commission of Agriculture is expected *to visit Nuliaka soon, possibly next week, to meet suppliers of the Okitu Co-operative Dairy Company in regard to the zoning problem Zoning in the Wairoa and Nuliaka areas was to have eommeneed on Tuesday. hut cream is still being sent from Nu’iaka to Gisborne pending the visit of the Commission. , At a meeting of Nuliaka suppliers oF the Okitu factory, strong execution was taken to the action of the Minister of Agriculture (Hon. W Lee Martin) in failing to make a written rep y to the petition presented on their behalf. The meeting requested that a petition should'he forwarded to the GovernorGeneral.
