The batter market in London during the past week has displayed a firm tendency, and a quiet tone has prevailed on the cheese market. Current quotations are as follow, those previously l cabled being included in parentheses: — Butter. Danish, 112 s (113 s). Choicest salted: Lew Zealand, IlUa (110 s) ; Australian, 109 s (109 s). Unealted: New Zealand, Is premium (Ills) j Australian, Is premium (109 s). Cheese. —-New Zealand: White, 74s 6d (745) ; coloured, 74s (745). Australian: White, none offering (72s to 72s 6d); coloured, none offering (72s to 72s 6d). .
