Goldsbrough, Mort, reacted to tho higher dividend, and were firmer at 38s, sellers 395. New Zealand Guarantee Corporation were strong at 4s 10c), sellers asking ss. Wellington Gas were weaker at 34s 3d, sellers 355. New Zealand Insurance advanced to 63s 3d without response. Industrial issues were very dull, and mostly on the easy side.
