CLOCKS VARY IN DUTCH VILLAGE. Received June 3, 11.45 a.m. AMSTERDAM, June 2. Public clocks in the village of Vinkeveen show times differing - by hours owin<; to the opposition of some inhabitants to the official summer time recently introduced throughout Holland. Half the population insists on adhering to winter time. The authorities are endeavouring to settle the dispute.'
