BRIDE'S TROUSSEAU.
EXPENDITURE OP £6OOO. The scope of the trousseau which Miss Warfield is collecting for her marriage to the Duke of Windsor is believed to indicate that after the wedding they are likely to remain absent from fashion centres for at least a year. According to the Sunday Referee, the trousseau will cost £6OOO and includes 80 gowns, at an average cost of £6O, 48 being by Molyneux and 11 by Paquin. There are 14 evening gowns, two with short skirts, and 14 hats, costing £6 on the average. Miss Warfield's lingerie, all handmade, will cost £SOO.
