About 100 men are to be put on the East Coast highway during the coming winter as they become available through the completion of other public works and the disbanding of groups formed for those purposes. Satisfactory transport arrangements have been made by tbe Railway Department in connection with tbe forthcoming Wanganui Jockey Club’s winter meeting and representative Rugby match. Wanganui v.
