HOROWHENUA.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) OXAKI, May 31. Mrs McGill, who has been visiting Auckland, has returned to Otaki. Mr and Mrs J. Ballinger have been on a tour of the north. Mr Ballinger returned home on Friday, but Mrs Ballinger was obliged to enter a private hospital in Auckland on account of ill-health As the result of the Convent School shop day, the sum raised was £6B 10s 3d.
