An air-liner flown by Captain J. E. Stoney, a pilot of Irish Airways, Ltd., made a flight from Dublin to Croydon in lhr 25min. The machirb carried three passengers and the flight at a speed of about 226 miles an hour is considered to be a record for such a passenger-carrying air-liner.
