CAPETOWN HARBOUR.

PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT. CAPETOWN, Feb. 21. The Government has decided to develop immediately Table Bay Harbour, spending £2,250,000 in four years, ensuring it to be one of the finest artificial harbours in the world, capable of accommodating ships of any size. The big graving dock scheme discussed in London last year, when the contingency of the Cape becoming an alternative route to the Mediterranean was considered, is also to be rushed ahead.
