GERMAN EXECUTED.
PROPAGANDA FOR REBELS. Baron Ludwig Eynatten, a German who was captured while fighting with the Spanish rebels, has been executed. He.was tried twice; and l'ound guilty of propaganda against the Government. Evidence was given stating that Eynatten’s Nazi activities in Spain amounted almost to espionage. His appeal against the death sentence was dismissed by an advisory commission of soven lawyers. •
