RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received December 9, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 8. The price of gold is now £7 Is 91d per fine ounce. The dollar rate of exchange (LondonNew York) is now 4.90§ and the franc rate (London-Paris) is 105 3-16.
