VISITORS AT BELVEDERE.

PREMIER AND ROYALTIES. Received December 9, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Dee. 8. Mr W. T. Monckton, K.C., arrived at Fort Belvedere, followed about- an hour later bv Mr Stanley Baldwin. The Duke of Kent is still at Fort Belvedere. The Duke of York has also arrived and preparation was made during the day time for additional guests for dinner. A ’plane with unknown persons aboard has landed at Marseilles. It is reported that the passengers are remaining till to-morrow, but Cannes can be easily reached by road. The passengers are believed to include a London solicitor and a doctor. Unless an emergency arises Mr Baldwin is not going to the House of Commons, where there is a very thin attendance.
