D.UVS TO 13E REDUCED. Received December 8. 9.50 a.in. PA IMS, Dec. 7. The Suez Canal Company will reduce tho dues from April I, 1937. to 0s per ton for cargo, 3s per ton for ships in ballast, and 6s a head for passengers.
