BIG INTERNAL LOAN. Received December 8, 12.50 p.m. BERLIN, Dec. 7. Tt is officially announced that the new 500,000,000 marks loan in the Reich for the consolidation of part of the Government reconstruction debt was over-subscribed by over 100,000,000 marks. For tin's reason the loan has been increased to 600,000.000 marks, "in order not to disappoint subscribers."
