The monthly meeting of the A\ omen s Division of the Farmers' Union was held recently. Mrs R. H. Buchanan presided over a good attendance. Miss Major, housekeeping secretary, reported that two housekeepers had been employed during the month. Jt was decided to assist with the catering for the Boys and Girls' Calf Club championship judging. Mrs Barnicoat, of Kimbolton, gave a very interesting lecture on the fireless cooker and was accorded a vote of thanks. Mrs Buchanan extended the seasons greetings to members, and Mrs H. E. Hocken returned the compliment. Afternoon tea was served by tiio committee.
