(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Dec. 4. The total amount applied for in tenders lor £50,000,000 'I lvasury bills was £67,900,000. The average rate per cent, for bills at three months was 15s 9.73 d, against 11s 5.29 d a week ago.
