FEILDING STOCK SALE.
Tho Now Zealand Fanners’ Co-op. Dint. Co.. Ltd., report on Friday’s stock sale at Feilding. A medium offering of fat sheep came forward, a clearance being made at rates slightly about the previous sale. The entry of store sheep was small, hoggets being the only class represented. Prices were hardly up to the last sale. ]3cof cattle ox dairy sold freely, while potter cows were firm at the previous week’s rates. The few dairv cattle yarded sold at a par with late prices. Quotations: Fat iambs. 21s 6d, 225, 22s 6d, 22s 9d; fat wethers, 22s 6d, 23s 6d, 245, 25s 6d: fat owes, 19s 6d, 20s, 20s 7d, 21s Id, 23s 6d. 24s 3d, 26s Id. Fat cattle : Fat cows, dairysorts, £3 ss, £3 12s 6d, £4, £5, £5 12s 6d: fat heifers, dairy sorts, £3 2s 6d, £3 10s, £3 15s, £4 7s 6d. Store sheep: 2th wethers, 20s 6d, 21s 3d, 225, 235; ewe hoggets, 2Bs 6d to 395. Store cattle: Ylg. Hero, steers, £6 19s; y!g. Here, heifers, £5 10s. Hairy cattle; Springing cows, £4 ss, £5, £5 15s; springing heifers, £4, £4 ss, £4 12s 6d, £5 ss, £6 ss, £7.
