GUARANTEE TO BELGIUM. PROMISE BY BRITAIN. INTEGRITY OF INTEREST. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 28, 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 27. There was a considerable burst of cheering at the International Chambers of Commerce luncheon at which M. Vail Zeeland, Prime Minister of Belgium, was present, when Mr R. A. Eden, emphasising the need for clarity, said: ‘ ‘Let us, on this British and Belgian occasion, affirm our independence. The integrity of Belgium is oi interest to Britain. Belgium could count upon our help were sne a victim of unprovoked aggression.”
