MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
In the Magistrate’s Court this week, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., Constance Alice Smith (Air G. E. Rowe) sought maintenance and separation orders against William John Smith, farm labourer, of Palmerston North. Complainant was granted a separation order and maintenance at the rate of 15s a week, with £2 2s solicitor’s fee.
