During the past week the butter market in London has been quiet in tone, and on the cheese market a slow tone lias prevailed. Current quotations are as follow, those for the previous week being included in parentheses: — Danish, 118 s (1225). CnoieesJ salted : New Zealand, 10/s (110 s) ; Australian, 106 s (109 s). Unsalted: New, Zealand, HUs (118 s); Australian, 110 s (116 s). Cheese.—New Zealand: White, 60s (73s 6d); coloured, 68s (725). Australian: VVnite 6/s (7 2s Od) ; coloured, 6/s (71s).
