LESSONS IN SHOOTING.
RUMANIAN CHILDREN. Received November 27, 9.50 a.m. BUCHAREST, Nov. 26. All boys and girls at the primary schools henceforth will be trained in rifle shooting as a compulsory part of the curriculum. A tutor will be attached to every school, even in the most remote villages.
