RETICENCE MAINTAINED. WASHINGTON, Nov. 26. The utmost reticence is being preserved in official circles regarding the German-J apanese agreement. It is stated that it is an excellent opportunity for the United States to adhere to the policy of Mr Cordell Hull (Secretary of State) of not intruding in other nations’ affairs.
