STRENGTH OF RED ARMY. Received November 27, 10.45 a.m. MOSCOW, Nov. 26. „ “Herr Hitler will see no more of our Ukranian garden than a pig can see of the sky,” declared the Ukranian President (M. Lubchenke), in a violent speech attacking Germany and Japan at the Russian All-Union Congress. “I warn the Nazis that marching to the Ukraine will be more difficult than marching" to the Rhineland. If the Nazis dare approach our borders the Red Army will strike a blow such as history has never seen,” he added.
