ARREST AT NEW YORK. NEW YORK, Nov. 24. Mrs Pearl Weinberg, a housewife, leading her son. aged five, was arrested when leaving the liner Normandie with the largest collection of simWded diamonds, valued at 150,000 dollars, seized in the history of the port.
