SYDNEY SALES. SYDNEY, Nov. 25. ! At the wool sales tliero M*as spirited competition from Yorkshire, the Continent and America. Prices were well sustained and any withdrawals v fc e due ontirely to owners' excessive reserves. Greasy Merino sold lo A total of 13,362 bales was offered, 12,031 being sold at auction, 1965 privately. CROSSBREDS FIRM. FOG DELAYS LONDON SALES. The Bank of New Zealand (produce department) is advised by its London office, under date November 24, that, owing to foggy weather, the wool sales have been postponed. Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report that no sales were held on Tuesday owing to a thick fog. Tho series continue with a strong demand for all descriptions except for short, heavy, wasty Merinos, which are occasionally rather irregular. Good warp Merinos, 5 per cent, dearer than at opening rates. The tendency for crossbreds continues in favour of sellers. ANTWERP FUTURES. ANTWERP, Nov. 24. Wool futures are firm. To-day’s quota tions for 64’s tops compare with those
previously cabled as follow:
