LANCASHIRE SHOW
OVALTINE HERD SUCCESSES. At the Koval Lancashire Show at Blackpool last month the famous Ovaltine Jersey herd swept the board hr winning the first second and third prizes in all three classes. It was also awarded the championship aud the much sought-after Blytlnvood Bowl. Thus eleven outstanding awards vere secured at this important show. ims striking success is in accordance with the Inrd’s winning record this season. Already entries from the dairy- farm in too leading shows have gained no fewer than 116 awards. This brings the total of successes since 193-J u.]> to 413—a truly remarkable record, these successes are important because they confirm the high standards laid down bv the proprietors of Ovaltine in establishing the dairy farm. The milk from tli.a farm is the best and purest it is possible to obtain. It is usedtogether with new-laid eggs from the Ovaltine Egg Farm and malt extract from home-grown barley m the pre paratioii of Ovaltine, the popular food beverage. .
