MANAWATU BUTTER FACTORIES.
Au advance of Is per lb for June supplies ol buttcrlat has been decided uiioii by the Rangitikei, Awahuri, Kairanga, New Zealand Dairy Union, Rongotcu, Cheltenham, and Whakarongo butter factories. F.o.b. offers of up to Is 2Jd per lb. for butter, equivalent to 122 s porewt. on the London market, have been received by factories operating in the Manawatu, but little forward business is reported to have eventuated.
