CHARGE PREFERRED
Per Press Association. ASHBURTON, July 13. An alleged offence at Winslow 23 years ago had a sequel on Saturday in the arrest of a suspect. Ac-cubed, Albert Sims, aged 50, a gardener, appeared this morning charged with an attempted serious offence on November 20, 1913. Asking for a remand, the police stated that accused went to America immediately after the alleged offence and had just returned, lie was remanded in custody till Friday.
