At a meeting of the council of the Royal Aeronautical Society recently, Air H. E. AVimperis, Director of Research, Air Ministry, was elected president for the year 1936-37. Air F. Handley Page was elected vice-presi-dent, and Major T. At. Barlow was reelected vice-president.
