TE AWE AWE SCOUTS.
The monthly meeting of the Te Awe Awe Scout troop committee was held recently, there being present Alesdames ’.J. H. AVliyte, Itoss, Aliss Bennett. Colonel J. H. AVliyte. Alessrs Gusli, Andrews. Looser and the secretary (Airs Drake). An apology for absence was received from Mr and Mrs Alills. On behalf of the committee, Colonel AVliyte welcomed the new member, Mr L. Andrews. It has been decided to hold a combined scouter meeting to discuss combined efforts for the Scout Week to be held in November. , Good reports were given from tno Scout troop and Cub pack. It was stated that seven Cubs had qualified for their first star badge. It was hoped to have the services of Scoutmaster Grinrod at an early date. Accounts amounting to £1 5s lOd were passed for payment.
