WORLD-WIDE AIMS

Received July 13. 11.35 a.m. LONDON, July 12

In order to establish a united worldwide Trades Union movement, the International Federated Trades Union will negotiate with the national centres of America, Australia, and New Zealand, the Far East, Soviet and other non-affiliated centres. The congress confirmed its unrelenting opposition to war as an instrument of policy and declared that Fascism constituted a constant menace to peace.
