ITALY’S POSITION. ' Received Julv 14, 9.50 a.m. MONTREUX, July 13, M. Rusidaras, obviously referring to Italy, which is not yet represented at the Dardanelles Conference, expressed tho opinion that it was undesirable to leave the convention open to signature or adhesion by other Powers not represented here.
