RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received Julv 14. 9.30 a.m. ’ 'LONDON, July 13. The price of gold is now £6 18s Sid per fine ounce. The dollar rate of exchange (Lon-don-New York) is now 5.02 11-16 and the franc rate (London-Paris) is now 76.
