LONDON, July 13. With introductory articles by Mr Malcolm MacDonald (Dominions Secretary), and Mr M. J. Savage (Prime Minister of New Zealand), the Daily Telegraph has published a 20-page illustrated New Zealand supplement dealing with admirable comprehensiveness with the Dominion’s resources. It covers agriculture, stock-raising, the Government’s programme for recovery from the depression, market control, food manufacture, the centennial preparations, Maori history, touring, transport, the Press and sport. Mr Savage emphasises fair treatment of the investor as a primary principle of Government policy, and declares that any modification of obligations will be on a free and voluntary basis. The contributors include Sir James Parr (New Zealand High Commissioner), various members of Cabinet, and Mr Alan Mulgan.
