SALES AT TE AROHA

Sales of dairy farms in the Te A rob a district are now taking place. Mr T G. James’s farm of over 100 acres at Te Aroha West' has been sold to Mr Bullman, of Waitoa, at £4O an acre Mr R. Eckhert’s property of 190 acres at Manawaru lias been purchased bv Mr Dale, of Taranaki at a price* approximating £BOOO. The W. Taylor estate property at Maihou lias been sold to Mr Pollard of Waharoa, at £39 an acre. Mr J. ueil s Mai awai property of over 100 acres has been bought by Mr H. James, of Te Aroha West, at £4O an acre, and the Rea Estate farm on Eastport Road, has been purchased by Messrs L'avxs Bros., Te Aroba. .
