METHODIST CHURCH.
At the weekly inspirational rally held on Thursday evening, GO members attended. The address was given by Rev. J. H. Allen, who chose as his subject, “What more can be done to promote the wol'k of God in the Circuit.” After the address several members led in prayer.
Following the rally, the quarterly circuit meeting was held, when reference was made to the jubilee celebrations which had proved a wonderful success. The inspirational rallies were to be continued, it was decided. It was also resolved that a branch of the Men’s Fellowship be formed. The report on the youth work was an encouraging one, revealing that the Ilible classes had contributed over £7O to the funds of the jubilee and that the members of the young men’s Bible class were- now conducting country services.
