ARAB DEMANDS.
Deceived July 11. 1.20 p.m. JERUSALEM, Julv 10. Arabs roam the countryside demanding money from towns with the threat of death to the authorities. This may range tlie mass of the population against the lawless elements, who. are Syrian Arabs armed with French rifles, for which they lack ammunition. They desire to buy weapons for which local ammunition is available.
