RUMANIAN POLITICS.
TITULESCU RESIGNS. BUCHAREST. July 12. Rumania’s “Strong Man,” M. Titulescu, is reported to have resigned the Foreign Ministry owing to dissatisfaction with the internal political situation, which lie regards as a contradicting of the foreign policy, owing to the Government supporting Nazis, who have adopted an antiFrench policy since M. Blum’s advent.
