CLAIMED BY ITALY. Received, July 13, 10.20 a.m. ;... ROME, Jul— -32. Tlio Po[>olo D'ltalia says that Italy claims an active part in the AustroGerman agreement, and the common policy which will follow the agreement will end the dangerous state of affairs which far too oiten has caused misunderstandings between Italy and Germany. The cause of peace will benefit from the accord, which also brings a great improvement in Italian relations with Germany.
