(From Our Own Correspondent.) BULLS, July 2. . Owing lo irregularities at tlie meeting of householders field at Farcwanui recently, another meeting had to be held on Wednesday evening. There was an improved attendance, and six nominations were received for five seats on the School Committee. The election resulted as at the first meeting, the following being appointed :—Messrs J. Montgomerie, W. Hart, J,. Sanson, Mrs L. Sanson and All's O. Crosland. AJr Alontgonierie was elected chairman, and Air llart secretary. The coirimiitco decided to purchase tools for gardening, and resolved to complete the concrete work on tlie drive in front of the school. On Wednesday morning a collision occurred on the l’arewanui Road, near “Fcrnwood,” between cars driven by Air R. McKenzie and Air AI. Gould. The latter’s car suffered most damage, a running board, rear mudguard and the top of tlic hood being crumpled up. Neither driver was hurt. The Bailey Cup senior Rugby seven-a-side tournament will be played at Bulls next week. On July 29 the annual match between Rangitikei and Oroua will be played at Bulls.
