FRENCH FORCES.
INCREASED PAY. Received June 2G, 1.0 p.m. PARIS, June 25. Cabinet has doubled the pay of all soldiers and sailors and increased the rations. The present pay of soldiers is three-farthings a day, with u wine and tobacco ration.
