BADMINTON CLUB.
The. members of the Manawatu Central Badminton Club met last night, to convey ■ their heartiest wishes to their club captain, Mr Bruce Davidson. on his forthcoming marriage. On behalf of the club, Mr P. G. Cope, (ex-club captain) expressed the wishes of the members for every happiness and success in the future, also presenting Mr Davidson with a token as a reminder of his happy associations with the club. Mr Davidson thanked the members for their generous gift and for kind wishes. He was accorded musical honours.
