MINERAL WEALTH.
NEW SOUTH WALES OUTPUT. SYDNEY, June 10. Metals and minerals valued at £10,912.000 were mined in New South Wales during 1935, as compared with the 1934 yield of £9,127,523.
The output of coal was 8,698,579 tons, valued at the pit’s mouth at £4,857,341. The gold yield was the best since 1921, namely, 50,102 ounces, valued at £212,815.
