PUMPING PROCEEDING. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 9. Pumping operations in the three flooled holds of the famous barque Herzogin Cecile are still proceeding in an effort to refloat the vessel, which grounded some weeks ago on the rocky coast of South Devon.| OPERATIONS ABANDONED. Received June 11, 10.45 a.m. LONDON, June 10. The first attempt to refloat the Herzogin Cecile failed. Two tugs tried their utmost for four hours. Thick fog led to the abandonment of the operations.
