AGREEMENT REACHED.
LITIGATION OVER AYILL. Seeking the taking of accounts. Clarence Osborne Morris, farmer, of Kairanga, brought an action in _ the Supreme Court at Palmerston North to-uay before His Honour Air Justice Ostler, against Sidney Ralph Morris, farmer, of Newbury, surviving administrator of the estate of the late Mrs Ellen Morris, and Thomas Little, farmer, of Newbury, executor of the will of the late Henry Alorris, an administrator of the will of the late Airs Ellen Morris. Plaintiff sought an order that defendants be compelled forthwith to produce particulars of the assets in the estate of the late Ellen Morris, this consisting of proper accounts of the administration. Plaintiff also asked for judgment for such a siun as should, on the taking of accounts, be found to be payable to him. Mr P. E. Baldwin appeared for plaintiff and Air H. R. Cooper for defendants. Legal argument was heard on both sides and His Honour suggested that a settlement might be agreed upon. Counsel conferred when the Court rose and it was announced later that an agreement had been entered into.
