Tho minister of St. ■■ i.drew’s Presbyterian Church had been presented with a gig and set, of harness by the congregation in celebration of liis weddng. Complaints had been nw.de at delays caused bv long trains standing on the level cross ng on the western side of the Square. Nine thousand unemployed had taken part in a demonstration in tho West End of Londcu, protesting against tho Government’s nogolcct of that area.
