ITALY’S CELEBRATION.
AMNESTY PROPOSED. Received May 15, 8.5 a.m. "ROME, Mar 14. It is reported that Sipnor Mussolini intends to celebrate the annexation of Abyssinia with a great political amnesty ' tor over 1000 political prisoners on the island of Lipari, who will be allowed to return home. It is also reported that he contemplates abolishing the special tribunal for the defence of the State, constituted in 1926 for a period of five years.
