MILSON.

On Tuesday evening the B grade team from the Te Arakura Table lcinus Club visited Milson for the first match in the competitions. The visitors were beaten by 29 games to 7. At the conclusion the visitors were entertained at supper. On behalt of the Te Arakura team Mr J. Gore thanked Milson for the enjoyable evening. Mr E. Buhner replied. The individual scores were as follow, Milson pi ay ere being mentioned first: —W. Cater beat J. Core, 01-25: 25: Miss L. Gore, Sl—l3; L. Little. 31 4; K. Thomas, 31—10; X. Hansen, 31 —19; A. Thomas, 31-15. -Miss S. Leask beat Gore, 31—25 Miss Gore, 31—25; Litt.e, 31— 18; K. Thomas, 31—21; X. Hansen, 31-21; A. Thomas, 31-21. Miss E. Leask lost to Gore, 26—31; beat Miss Gore, 31—27; Little- 31 —14; K. Thomas. 31—23; Hansen, 31—13; A. Thomas, 31—14. Miss M Leask lost to Gore, 28 —31; Miss Gore. 26 31; beat. Little, 31—25; K. lhomas. 31—19; Hansen, 31—16; A. Thomas, 31—13. J. \vi°on lost to Gore, 31—33; Miss Gore, 20—31- beat Little, 31—29; K. Thomas. 31— .7; Hansen, 31—5; A. Thomas, 31—27 ; B. Cater lost to Gore, 18 —31; boat Miss Gore, 33—31; lost to Little, 24—31; beat lhomas, 31—29; Hansen, 33—31; A. Thomas, 31—28. The B team will meet Terrace End at the latter place and _the C team will play St. Patrick’s at Milson next week. The following players will represent the B team: \Y. Cater, Miss S. Leask, Miss F. Leask, Miss M. Leask. J. Avison and P. Cater. Mrs M. Haining, of Wanganui, is at present on a visit to Milson and is staying with Mrs G. M. Richmond, of Montreal Street.
