Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Mnv 13. Evidence from Crown witnesses, which was not concluded when •' the Court rose, in the case against Rubena Shirley, a married woman, of 42 Alpha Road, who was charged with unlawfully using an instrument on Catterina Maria Hill and on two other women, was heard in the 'Supreme Court to-dav by Mr Justice Nortlicroft. Mrs Hill died at Christchurch Public Hospital on March 27.
